VIP-Grinders.com is run by passionate german online poker professionals and our website serves as a multi network and multi affiliate tier tracking, reporting and payment backoffice. We are operating worldwide having a player base of both online and live professionals and an international affiliate network.
Our experienced team consists of a couple of freelancers as well as full time employees and is dedicated to accelerate your poker business. Our goal is to provide our poker clients with a full service including coaching, rakeback deals, Skrill & Neteller VIP cashback deals, staking, money transfers and (legal) advice.
Whilst we are happy to provide our clients with a full service, we build trust when connecting our agents and affiliates with our poker partners. How can I join?

Can I refer Friends and get a Bonus?

How often are Rakeback Stats updated?
Rakeback stats are updated at least twice a week. Kindly note that we import and update stats for several poker partners on a monthly basis only and this might be the reason why you are currently not being able to follow your stats. Please contact us for more information.
When are Bonuses and Rakeback paid?
Bonuses and rakeback are issued on a monthly basis latest on or before 30th for previous month. However usually bonuses are paid before the 15th and there are different payment plans for each poker partner. Please contact us in order to get more information about specific payment plans.
I did NOT receive Rakeback, what happened?
Mostlikely you did not update your payment details yet. Please update your payment details at Edit Profile panel inside your account with us. In case you still experience issues, kindly contact us.
My Tracking Status is pending, what should I do?
Tracking will usually be confirmed within 24h after you submitted your username at Submit Usernames panel inside your account with us. Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation mail. Please contact us in case you do not receive a confirmation within 3 business days.
My Tracking Status has been denied, what happened?
This may be caused by various reaons, for instance your account is already tagged to a different affiliate or you entered a wrong registration code. In case you want us to check your tracking specifically, please contact us.
How can I get a Skrill Cashback deal?

How much will I earn?

Can I register Sub Affiliates?
Yes. In order to refer a sub affiliate, please let him register an account using your referral code or link and contact us after to get your sub affiliate setup and operational.
When do you pay Affiliate Commission?
Affiliate commission is issued latest 30 days after a calendar month ended via EUR or USD Skrill, however usually affiliate payments are processed around 15th. Please check out our terms and conditions here for further information.
How do I set up my Players Deals?
